Agriculture means forming. Farmers grow crops and use the land for their people in an agricultural country. It is one of the land-locked countries in the world. Agriculture is its main occupation. About more than 80% of people are depending on farming. Growing crops, vegetables, fruits, poultry, farming, fishery, livestock, etc are different aspects of agriculture. Agriculture is only alternate to live life. We will be self-dependent through it. We can get fresh and cheaper things. The importance of agriculture is incomparable.
Although agriculture is the basis of our country, the condition of the farming and farmers are very poor. The fertile land is being occupied by the growing population, landslides, and over-flooding. The price of fertilizer is rising high. The government is unable to supply it in time. To improve the condition of agriculture in Nepal, the growing population must be checked. The corruption in it must be controlled. The fertilizers must be supplied at a low price in time. Agriculture debts should be provided and strictly checked. The educated unemployees should be rewarded with a free loan by the government. It encourages them in farming.
In my point of view, farming is the base of our country. It can supply our daily needs. The old traditional farming methods have to be improved. Agriculture is the backbone of a nation like Nepal. So the government should provide facilities to farmers. It helps to increase better production. Irrigation, transportation, scientific tools, and ideas should be provided to the farmers. If Nepalese farmers get facilities to grow more products, their dreams can be fulfilled.
